Special Opportunities for KWU Students

Students can be a part of Air Force ROTC Detachment 270

Air Force ROTC Detachment 270 is a Kansas State University program available through special partnership. KWU will work alongside members of Kansas State Salina in the Manhattan-based program. Individuals representing the detachment are on campus weekly to discuss the program with interested Coyotes.

All undergraduate students get a free membership to the Y!

All KWU undergraduate Coyotes get a free membership to the Salina Family YMCA! This special partnership, also available to faculty and staff, provides an alternate workout location for the KWU family, as well as a place for KWU students, faculty and staff to invest in community programs. KWU provides various support services to the Y’s main Salina location, strengthening the bond between the two organizations.

For more information on either of these special, unique opportunities, please contact Student Development at (785) 833-4329.
